We strongly believe that it is only by helping others grow that we can grow ourselves. We are a driven team of qualified and experienced professionals, led by a Manager, Miss Rosita Dhechavarin, who came across the country from Thailand to the United Arab Emirates.
After deciding to reject pursuing a Pre-Master in Management with ESCP Europe, a leading business school in France, she decided to start her goal of being a woman entrepreneur in the United Arab Emirates with humblest start as a cabin crew. Seeing most of the all-white and blue collars have been highly fatigued and depressed, her vision and strong ethos guide the passion to reduce the tiredness both mentally and physically with a strong tradition of Thailand – a Thai heritage.

Founded by Managing Director, Ms. Rosita Dhechavarin, RIT comes from humble beginnings as a free zone limited liabilities company in UAE. She formed RIT with the motivation to help entrepreneurs in Thailand import, expand & manage perfume and cosmetic businesses to the UAE.

From the serenity mountain in Thailand….
Once upon a time, amidst the serene beauty of Thailand’s towering mountains, a young lady embarked on a journey of self-discovery. Rosita Dhechavarin, a spirited soul seeking solace and clarity, found herself drawn to the ancient practice of Vipassana meditation. High atop a peak, surrounded by the fragrant blooms of night flowers, Rosita immersed herself in the stillness of the night, allowing the scent to awaken her senses and deepen her awareness.
As she delved deeper into her meditation practice, Rosita experienced a profound realization – the undeniable connection between the soul and scent. The aroma of the night flowers became a conduit for self-reflection, guiding her towards a deeper understanding of her own thoughts and emotions. In this moment of clarity, Rosita discovered a newfound sense of gratitude and delight in the simple yet profound beauty of scent.

Despite the allure of a prestigious Pre-Master degree in Management at ESCP Europe, Rosita felt compelled to follow her heart’s calling. Rejecting the conventional path laid out before her, she made the bold decision to venture across the globe to the mystical lands of the Middle East, driven by a burning desire to pursue her dreams and make a meaningful impact.
“To return the kindness of the homeland country and local communities,” Rosita declared with unwavering determination. And so, she set forth on her entrepreneurial journey, recognizing that importing and distributing goods from her beloved homeland of Thailand would be the perfect avenue to fulfil her mission.
With passion as her compass and compassion as her guide, Rosita founded her company, infusing each endeavour with the essence of her profound experiences in meditation and the transformative power of scent. Through her dedication to spreading joy, gratitude, and cultural exchange, Rosita’s journey blossomed into a remarkable odyssey of self-discovery, service, and boundless possibility.
